Don't waste your money on latex kilz. Get the oil base.

Ok, so no matter what I decide to do as far a painting, it's a consensus that I should be using oil based paint right?

I'm going to attempt it this weekend so I have from now till then to decide exactly what to do.

Thanks for the help guys, it's much appreciated.

ORIGINAL: atlasman

Saw another dipped in bronze and that was sweet.

Here is a pic of a dipped metal one for ya big guy.

This is probably the coolest Euro i have ever seen. Anyone have any ideas on what it would cost to dip one of these like the pic?

Never tried oil based paint, but if you prime it with a oil based primer, you can paint it with what ever you want.

Ya knowfellas - I was thinking... I bet you could take your skull to someplace that does airbrushing - and have whatever you wanted painted onto it.Specifically -somewhere that paints goalie masks - and have them paint your euromount.

It would be pretty awesome to have a true one-of-a-kind, personalizedeuromount. BigJ - For you, I'd be thinking something with the old Denver Broncos logo in the background, with a big #71 across the forehead.

Something where people see it and say "WOW! NowTHAT is AWESOME!"
