Hunter safety System Customer service
I appreciate it when hunters on here give their opinion on customer service issues. It does play a part when I consider purchasing something. I just wanted to say I had a buckle on my hss vest crack. Not sure from what but was not to happy about dropping another 130 bucks on a new one. This vest has been used 3 full seasons.
Well I figured I would call the HSS and see whata guy could do to possibly get it fixed. In 10 seconds I had a Return authorization number and they said Ups will be there tomorrow to pick it up. They will fix it probably the day they recieve it and have it back to me with a estimated 3 days delivery each way in a week and a half.They are covering the shipping as well. No questions asked not even for a receipt. They know I used it for the 3 seasons. I am impressed with them if this is truely the case. I will keep you posted on how it goes. I would have purchased another vest because I do like it that much. It's nice to know they seem to really back the product with no hassle to you. Now let's see if they do what they say they would do.
