I don't run out and get it because Stan Potts said this is the best thing since sliced bread.

I shot high country for a couple years and thoguht they were the greatest bows ever then 7 years ago I shot a mathews and never looked back. With that in mind, if you came to my house today and told me my family would be taken care of and I get to hunt year round for a living and all I have to do is shoot the new bowtech, well then sign me up because bowtech is definatly a super product. It is not as if these guys are shooting inferior products for the money. They get paid to shoot top of the line equipment year in and year out. I look at it as I could shoot several of the bows and wear alot of the camo I desire but cannot afford and they would pay me to do it. Not much of a decision for me and I am as protective of my favorite products as any hunter out there.

I think your question has some merit to it Mobow... but in the real world people got to pay the bills. The "pro's" are no different than you and me. They have families to feed too.

Ya know, I had a little anxiety this afternoon when I posted this. Almost...embarassed......For some reason I felt a little foolish and thought perhaps I would offend some......
But, this has turned out to be a pretty good conversation. Thanks for not taking my question out of context, and for not thinking I was degrading anyone for doing what they do. It was merely a point of discussion that came up at the shop the other day, and I found it interesting.

OK, I'm kinda new to this, so forgive me if this has been discussed before, but I read threads where lots of folks talk about how bad canned hunting is for the sport and these shows seem to me to be the same thing.

Its all about the cash. If you think someone is going to use a product for x amount of dollars less than a product manufactured by a different company that does the same thing, you're being naive. ALMIGHTY DOLLAR wins every time in the real world. It may be hunting, but its business to them.
