Congrats on the late season doe !! We have alwayscut upour deer. I like knowing it's my deer and not someone else's rotten one that hung for weeks or morebefore beingtaken to the butcher!! Plus I don't mind it at all especially if I can get the wife to help me which she usually does. The money you save by doing it yourselfpays for a grinder ora stuffer pretty fast.

That stubby snout is because it's a "this year's" ('07 born) deer. But I have to say.....it's a danged big one (they grow fast, huh?).
