Default Thoughts on new setup

I'm looking to upgrade my bow setup this year. I'd like to keep the combo under $600. Here's the setup I'm thinking about:

Reflex Growler
QAD Hunter Rest
Copper John Dead Nuts 2 Sight

Any thoughts or suggestions on this rig?
Also, I'm going to need some new arrows to go along with it. Any suggestions on where to start for mid-priced carbons?

Thanks for your input.

Reflex is going to be offering a new bow this year called the Charger, it;s a 320ibo bow. Check out that package.

I've never used the Reflex or the QAD.

So I'll keep my comments on the Copper John dead nutz II. It's a real nice sight.. but I do have one complaint. Like all other sights I've used with thin and exposed fiber optics.. they all brake when they get real cold and then are bumped.[:@]

I'd like a manufacturer to find a solution to this problem. Perhaps just not leaving the thin fibers unexposed would just be enough. Other than that.. a great sight.

Check out the sight made by Limbsaver, the fibers aren't exposed in it. It's a GREAT hunting sight.

When looking at bows, here were my general criteria - Parallel limbs, less than 33" axle to axle length, 7"+ brace height, 300 fps + IBO speed.
Any other bows I should be considering in the $450ish price range?
I've also shot the Bear Truth, and a couple of store brand bows by Bowtech. Looked at Archery Research but haven't shot one. So far liked the Reflex the best.
