And if you look at other post from this guy you'll see he's asking how he can get a hang on stand up in a tree. I'm sorry, but I think this post and thread is totally bogus. Review his other post and this one is a no brainer. Are you related to him? Are you his alter ego or his brother? Show us some pictures. Penned pets don't count. They're not natural.

And what do you call really good luck? I mean, really... give us some numbers and percentages of deer seen, killed, called etc. I see so many people come up with this crap and they've killed a total of a handful of deer or only hunted a couple years and they want to tell everyone "this is gospel". Give us some facts.... like I've shot 84 deer with a bow and never heard it once.

And childers, forgive me for being skeptical... but you're 16 or 17 years old. And how many times have you really heard it. I'm not calling anyone a liar, but I sure do think a couple weekends of huntingdoesn't really tell us a lot about snort wheeze experience. Oh heck, I'll call 'em like I see 'em... "Bull Hockey". I think there is so much "disinformation" being spread around the internet by people that just want to hear themselves talk.
actually i go atleast 1-3 times a week and my season is 6 months long and i also am on the property in the off season visiting or helping out

I have never tried the snort weeze. In 20 years I had my first buck do this here in Michigan. I had a 7 pt. under me and he was doing the snort weeze on a little 4 pt. 40 yards acrossed a water hole. It was really cool. My hat fell out of my treestand and landed next to the buck and he never moved. While he was doing the snort weeze. Both bucks were small so I let them roll.....

I used it on a little 6 point, I figured he would run away. He came running in snorting and grunting, all his hair sticking up, it was awsome.

I heard it for the first time in 12 years this year. Quite a few times actually. I dont know if that is because I hunted alot more than i did in the past, or some strange environmental change. But it seemed that all year deer up here in NE ohio were way more vocal and responsive to calls than they have ever been. I dont have a snort wheeze, but after hearing it and watching em do it, I kinda want to give it a try.
I really am curious as to why all the sudden the deer on my little slice of heaven all the sudden started to speak up.......

When I say I haven't heard it in 50 years perhaps I should qualify that. There was a stretch of years when I owned my own business and hunted a LOT that I averaged 50-60 days a year in the woods. I have more days in the woods than some of these people have lived and I don't hear these critters making all these exotic calls they want us to believe are every day talk all year long etc etc. It doesn't happen all that much, and certainly not all year long.
