Glad to hear things are going well for you folks, Don. I was thinking about the two of you just the other day. Definitely keep us updated, I'll be on the lookout for more posts. Have a Merry Christmas, bud!

Good on ya Hardcore. The west has a lot to offer. You'll have too much fun exploring...

Get ahold of me if you want someone to play with. I'm one state to the north and still need a deer from New Mexico.

Thanks everybody!!!! Hope to have any of you come visit me. I still have my new walltent and look forward to many wilderness hunts out of it. My parents are visiting for Xmas so we took them out driving today. Here is some scenery around the Albuquerque area. These town pics are of a tiny town nearby called Madridwhere the movie Wild Hogz was filmed there.

Man, makes you realize how vast areas like that are. I bet hunting takes on a whole new meaning for you Don, not many places to hang a tree stand out there lol. Spot and stalk heaven. Cool pics.

Dude you had me going 'til I saw the snow.

From Iowa.....to Colorado.....to NM.......you've figured out something. You now love the state you're in. Plenty of us have known that feelingfor a LONG time.

Good for you and your family. Looking forward to some of the hunting stories.
