Being out in the woods is also the time I'm most close to God! It's a great time to contemplate the workings of His creation and how we fit intoHis plan! I can sometimes get very close to understanding what life is all about when I'm out there, then life throws another twist. The need to be "out there" is never ending for me!

Congrats on the hog and your first archery kill. I hope that therapy helps. I can't think of a better way to do it. Best wishes.

Thank you, but it was my 1st trad kill, not the 1st archery kill. I've got a few with the compound.

Very touching post. My best wishes to you and Carie.

I've noticed many times that when you go out with no expectations, a gift comes your way.
