Default Gents I am taking up Recurve

So if I am missing for a few minutes (or Miss Me being a S.A.) in here it means I am over at the traditional forum
driving them nuts with my questions. First step is buying one and looks to beA Martin recurve.
Wish me luck.......................*moons*

Good luck with it, bud. Trad shooting is a definite blast. I'll probably take one into the woods with me one of these years.

Thats great Fraley best of luck.. It does nothing for me. I like gadgets too much to have any interest in a bare-bow (recurve or longbow) but I support your right to do it!

The little chit shot a 8 pt up there with the bowthan he came down to gun camp and shot a 5 pt on the second day.

You'll have a hard time finding someone who enjoys hunting more than him ..but he'll never be one who holds out for a big buck ..nothing wrong with that either I reckon.

Good luck and enjoy. I have been shooting my Darton recurve for a while now and will be hog hunting with it a lot in the next few weeks trying for my first trad kill. What poundage bow are you getting? Mine is 49 lbs.
