With the 08 bows hityting the market there are tons of bargains on 1 yr old bows you might want to check out also. You could save a fair bit of money in some cases.

Everyone is going to say bow A. Who wouldn't?
I'm not going to say bow A I say go with Bow B. Some of these guys just can't look beyond speed even though it's way over-rated. [&:]

So you're saying you'd take a HARSHER draw to be slower?

Diamond Black Ice has my vote fast, quit and very accurate. Took two deer with it this year and very happy with the way it performed. I passed through each deer like it didn't hit any thing and stuck the arrow in the ground. Right out of the box I put a rest, sight, a nock on it, leveled things up, went outside and I was packing arrows in a 2 inch groups at 40 yard with it and one pin out to 30 yards.

I really appreciate the help everyone. But I feel like I’m teaching elementary school…AGAIN A OR B not what you have or like…is it that hard?

How can you vote for something that wasn’t on the ballet? COME ON MAN!

Why are you even considering bow B?

Yes we can read, and HEY, we can write too! Everyone is going to say bow A. Who wouldn't? That's not even a question worth asking. What's not to like about it?
Um, apparantly not, I said bow B on the first page, almost first response. [:-]

skipper,

simple question man.... why not come clean with what is behind A or B??? there is so much more to each of the bows you describe to give an informed opinion on either... your descriptions are vague (what's "a little slower") and such... more detail... bow A might be a steaming POS and you're including it without coming clean about it... bow B might be a great bow (high quality with a great reputation and customer service) but your info makes it sound like a POS... sorry man, its kind of a bogus question...

btw - get the Ross

I honestly didn't notice the "less forgiving" part of bow A, sorry guys.
