Tough year...

Tough year...
Man, these animals really don't want to cooperate with me this year. None of them.
Turkey season, they whooped me.
Elk, no where to be found.
Now deer... They're kickin my butt -- big time.
I've been out almost every day of the season. I leave straight from school to hunt. I head in before work.
All I've seen are does and small bucks.
Its getting to the point where when the alarm goes off at 4:30 I roll over and seriously consider going back to bed. I'm almost the point point of just sticking a doe for the meat and calling it a year; good game, deer. See you next fall.
Anyone else have years like this?

RE: Tough year...
Keep at it
The mature bucks in MI have owned me this year, but it only takes 1 encounter to turn a tough season; into one of your best
I had 3 doe permits I filled, so meat wise its been great!!!
