Default changing draw weight

I was just wondering how much change in draw weight will require me to get diffferent arrows. I currently have a draw weight of about 55 lbs, and I was hoping to bump up to about 60 or so...what would this entail?

Depends. What arrows are you presently shooting?

Just go to the charts and plug in your information. With a normal (28" to 29") arrow and a normal (100 gr.) head, a 400 series Easton arrow is good for 55 and 60 lb. draw weights.
