Never had one clog up. Only took 2 does with them before Igave the Slick Tricks to try. The ST's are so awesome that I never went back to anything else. I keep the Montecs for back ups and Coyote heads when I want to fling one without messing up my Tricks!

The question you want to ask is:

What type of bloodtrails do you get with Montecs
Well I am 15 for 15 with them

I understand now, I was confused

If you make a good shot, clogging up doesnt make a difference. I shoot montecs and both deer I have shot with them have gone under 30 yards.
