I need to learn how to cook venison. I got the jerky making process DOWN !! but Ive got 5 deer worth of meat sitting in the freezer and dont know how to cook it. haha, ok, well less than 5 because I gave alot to my buddy.

Do we have a recipe section on HNI ?
They sure do. Many good recipes. Ive even put a few on there. Just scrowl down a little.

I hear ya, greg. I gotta get back on the treadmill! As soon as hunting season winds down.....I'm on a mission. We're gonna be remodeling the house (I think) and my days of leisure are behind me for a while. She gets a new kitchen.....I get a man-cave!
