Yes and no, you can buy all the hunts you want or until you get something, but I think success is like alot of things, it is in the eye of the beholder. One's success might be taking a 3.5 year old 8 that scores 125. Others need to be in record books. I think money can help in both endevors in different ways but, ultimately you have to take the shot at an animal that you can be proud of.
