I forgot to add, even though I might have some tags left, I sometimes leave the bow home and take the camera.

Greg, That's what I'm planning to do this year. I will be going with my cousin rifle season and all I'll be doing is filming. I don't have a doe tag for the area we go to in the mountains. We have a room reserved down there and I can't cancel on him just because I killed a buck with my bow. It's gonna be a toatally different experience. I'm looking forward to it.

That's cool Greg. I plan on doing that some, too. How about posting up some of your deer photos...

Yes. I shot a buck last week. Still have a doe tag. My dad already shot a buck and doe in archery. Between us, 3 is just perfect to keep us fed thru the year.

I have no problem donating a tag to leave an extra doe in the herd.

My hunting generally stops when the temps get in the lowteens. I know, I'm a wuss. I just hate it when my nostrils freeze and my hands instantly hurt when I take my gloves off. [:@]

This year, however, I'd like to hunt the entire season which lasts until the first week of january. I just need to pick up a few more layers of clothingand A LOT of toe and hand warmers.
