Fellas, I did a little zoom... What do you think now? I assumed the antler was lodged from another deer. Upon inspection,I may now disagree with that though. If it was natural though, his eyes would have quiet the rawness, do you think?

It appears to be a third main beam that is growing from directly below the rt eye sockett and not a lodged antler. Awsome trophy for the lucky hunter even if it cant be entered in either P&Y or B&C ( because those 2 orgs dont accept deer with more than 2 antler bases)

So it's like a 'sticker' growing off the base of the right-antler, under the skin, and out the eye-opening?

Nope, its from fighting with another deer and getting stuck in the eye and breaking off the other deers antler. I got a bunch of pics of that in an email.
