To be serious, there were some good links posted. It all depends on the situation. You can make a tending call, A buck grunt , A doe bleat, etc. etc.
All depends on the time of season and what you are trying to accomplish.

It can get expensive if you don't have the right cell phone plan!!!
On a serious note. It all depends on the area. If you have a lot more does than you do bucks calling is pretty much a waste of time.

I've had success many times during the rut imitating what is known as a 'tending grunt' It's a series of quick short grunts....i usually put out between 5-8, i vary them a little, but they are all very short...
I've had bucks bolt to withing 20yds of my treestand, and then stop completely still looking around for another buck with a doe.
This is the only style of gruntingI have ever had continued success with......
If nothing comes, I'll put out the same call about every 15 minutes...
