Mine is fastened to my pack. My pack always goes as it has grunt tubes, rattle horns, lure, Knife, & anything else I need.
I hang it all on a screw-in-step once in the tree.

I hang mine from a spare tree step screwed in about shoulder height (while seated) on my right side. I can reach back and grab one by touch if I am seated or standing. Its the quickest way i have found toget another arrow

I also hate shooting with my quiver on. I just hang it on a limb or wdge it behind my treestand and the tree. Never has failed me, but a new invention would be nice.

I take a small piece of string and tie it on my quiver. Then on the other end I tie a piece of solid electrical insulated wire on the end. Take the wire fold it in half put 1 or 2 twist into it to make a loop, tie the string in the loop. This is so the wire can’t slip out of the string. That way I can hang it on a hook or use it like a twist tie on my stand or any thing else.

I use the Universal Quiver Holder from Pine Ridge Archery. Works well.

Mine doesn't come off so I don't have much of a choice!! On my old bow I would always leave it on. I practiced with it on so I hunted with it on. On my old bow, I found that my shot groups were off a bit if I took it off.

I think it depends a lot on preference. My Quiver is always on, whether I am practicing, spot & stalk hunting, or in a treestand. It helps me keep everything consistent and it doesn't bother me negatively a bit. Plus there is a many reasons why a hunter might need to take another shot, so having an extra arrow in the same 'secure' location, which is easily accessible, is always a good idea. Plus with the Fuse quiver I use, if anything it helps with the vibration and dampening.
