You expect to see more than 4 deer tromping around the property and going up and down twice on a climber?

I'm confused. Also, one afternoon and a spot is a bust and your confidence is ruined? You can have
the best spot on earth and that will happen.

Sounds a hell of a lot better than a day at the office.

I hunt public land and have several stands in which to hunt depending on the wind, i alos have a Summit climber as well, The deer are changeing almost daily, with the food sources being harvested, and the rut apporaching as well. Me i try and not walk around alot because it could ruinin someone else hunt, and i know the guys tat hunt that area, and we have a rule, when you have to leave leave dont scout on your wayout, We scout during the end of the seasons, and pertty much know where we want to hang stands. You must have private land and that is a plus, 10/20 deer in a small woods is a smokin hot woods!

I probably wont go back there again after having them see me.
Hey bud, don't bag a spot that you see 10 to 20 deer per sitting in just because you bumped 4. It's about to get good and its likely that bucks you haven't seen will travel in. Head up soldier, this is the best time of the year. Good luck and thank you for your service.
