OK I am going to really throw a wrench into it. What about people like Crazy Horse and Geronimo now they had to hunt for there food but we will never see there trophies because they didn't waste them by hanging them on the wall. Or teepee LOL. Now that is I would say is the essence of the best hunter ever. Nah I still am thinking Chuck Adams.

I am from NJ, Have you ever hunted NJ? The woods is thick and not always vary large. The hunters here are generally Ignorant and will cut you off in a minute or steel your stands. The deer do not have the chance to mature the way they should and the average deer age is 1.5 yrs. Even if you have private property you are not safe from peopl jacking your deer.

I would have to say Tred Barta....oh i thought u said who has missed the most white tail....lol. I would say Fred Bear. Chuck Adams is a hunting snob. We could all kill animals like him if we had permission to go where he hunts.
