Double Bull Archery - Customer Service

Just wanted to share my story about the crew at Double Bull. I loaned my Matrix to a buddy that had an unfortunate accident this summer and has been unable to climb into trees to hunt. He told me that he'd had trouble getting it setup and that something was wrong. So this weekend I pulled it out of the bag and it was DESTROYED!! Rods were broken at the hubs and splintered all over the place. I'm not entirely sure what happened it looks like it got ran over by a train (it looks to me like someone got in a hurry and tried to force it open... but that's irrelevant).
Anyway, I sent DBA an email last night and they responded at 8am and told me to call the office. It wasn't 5 minutes on the phone and I had everything I needed headed in my direction. They were extremely helpful...
Just thought I'd share... not only is there product effective, but their service is excellent as well.
