Bowtech dealers are not allowed to sell online... They can lose their dealerships doing so.

I know what its for.
I was replying to Rev's post. Ok..here are my thoughts. They have the program so you can buy a bow online if you don't have a dealer close to you...BUT they can't sell bows online b/c they will lose their dealership?
um...something isn't right.

RE: Bowtech online dealers
As a former manager/employee of a bowtech dealer, the way I understand the "bowtech in the boonies" program is so that people who dont have easy access to a local bowtech dealer still have the opportunity to purchase one. The reason that a dealer cant just sell online to anybody they wish is because hunter's friend is the only dealer authorized to do the "bowtech in the boonies" program. If I'm incorrect on this, one of the corporate staff please point us in the right direction to end the confusion. Thanks

Hunters Friend is the only authorized on-line store for bowtech in the countrybut you have to be at least 30 miles away from an authorized dealer.
In othr words even though they are authorized to sell on line they still can't sell inside another dealers protected territory.
