Few pics of the setup where I harvested my doe.
Well, I'm about to leave work, so in order to kill a few minutes, I thougth I'd put up some pics of where I got my doe last Saturday.
the stand
Funnel that I'm sitting on. 20 yards from my tree
Its more of a saddle/ditch with large fallen pine trees on each side, that leads down to this old house/apple trees/overgrown field/pond. Total distance is about 125 yards. I'm set up on a ridge loaded with acorns and a few persimmon trees. The deer seem to use this area to browse their way back to their bedding area, which is a few hundred yards past me, in a clear cut.
another photo of the old house's yard, heading up towords my stand on the ridge.
and my doe, where it expired, on the oak flat, 50 yards from my stand.
