For you Aerial Map Guys

RE: For you Aerial Map Guys
I agree with Mr. Mill. If you want to see mature bucks more often get off the field edges and into the timber. There are a ton of great spots I see in the timber that you could head off a big buck. Along the lines of Buckeye's spots would be a good start.

Highball is right on the money as far as MA deer liking the woods and thickets more than field edges. I can glass and headlight shine fields that should be loaded but see nothing. They don't even seem to think much of corn..With all the acorns around lord only knows where they are. I have a stand or two in Barrie but never get up there but I hope for a few days in Beartown and East mountain.
Looks like you have some property to walk...

Scott,
You are correct, the line that you put is a bedding area. Also the green line that I put inis anold clearcut(15yrs). I have found that they also use this as a bedding area. So would you still recommend setting up in the areas that you put green dots?
Thanks for all the replies guys.
Hazcon- Yeah (RUT LAND) is a cool sounding town.
Yeah, Sometimes hunting in MA is tough. I've always had a hard time patterning them. These recommendations have given me a different outlook.
