Smart Tracer Nocks
I bought the new smart ultra-lite tracer nocks and started shooting them over the past 2 weeks. They have yet to fail me and not to go off. I have used alumenoks before and they seem to fail a lot.
Just letting you know that the smart tracers are the way to go if you want lighted nocks.
Let me hear your inputs.

I make my own for $2.50 a piece. It takes about 5 minutes per arrow. They've never failed during practice. I've never shot an animal with one yet.

Go to Walmart or a fishing store and buy some Rod n Bobb replacement lights for their lightedbobbers. They cost 2.50 each. Thill lights are the same thing. Just make sure you get the kind that push / pull instead of twist.

Here are the instructions I followed. Step 2 is not necessary if you use TCX nocks. The light fits perfectly inside the nock without drilling the nock. Drilling nocks scares me.

Thanks for the info. I just shot "at" my first deer with the lumenoks this past weekend. I didnt have a problem with it but my buddy wants some and doesnt want to pay the $10 a piece for them.
