RE: Safety harness
I have a HUNTER SAFETY SYSTEM mesh one, cost $140 at Cabelas. Yiu better get used to it before you use it because you are restricted on any shot that is to your side. It might save lives but like I said, if you are not used to it you will be restricted on how you shoot from your treestand.

RE: Safety harness
ive got the gorilla vest like the one in the picture (in the first "reply") and i like it very much. the only thing is im 6'5'' 260lbs. and im a little too tall for it so the leg things ride in my crotch like all the other harnesses. and i bought it hoping they wouldnt due to the "drop leg" design. but w/your size it will probably work perfectly. oh another thing about the gorilla vest. the vest its self isnt attached to the harness. so i broke out the ol sewin machine and attached it

RE: Safety harness
I have the Seat of the Pants vest and it is great, VERY easy to put on and adjust, when wearing it in the tree I don't even notice I have it on. The convertable climbing belt makes hanging stands easy as well.

I've got the HSS pro mesh, too.....but if you hunt in high temps.....I'd go with a strap model until the temps get cooler. The pro mesh is a great harness....but it's a little hot to wear in higher temps.
I wear a cheapo that came with a lock-on in warmer sits.
