You have to use the print screen function. It does a screen capture of your entire desktop and then you can copy and paste it into paint, or whatever image type software you use.

Process goes like this:

hit print screen (button on your keyboard)
hit control + C to copy image
open paint and hit control + v to paste image to paint
then crop the image in paint to get rid of the start menu, or anything else you don't want in the picture

Upper left corner.......

File
Save map (or picture, something to that effect)

Save it to where you want to. From thereyou can edit it in MS Paint.

F11 to get full screen then, CTL+PrtScreen then, paste into another program such as paint or word or whatever you want to use to edit.

Is it just not working correctly? I can save all the images I want by going to file/save/save image.

Print screen will also work though.

If you have the program Snag-It, you can easily pull anything on a computer screen into a .jpg as well as add any lines, text, etc.
