Well if our MI budget bill does not pass we will have not one CO in the field opening day.

We may break some records Oct 1st for harvest amounts. I am sure plenty of 870 bows are being tuned across the state

we went threw that here in Pa. a month or so ago Gov. shut down no budget!! Go figure!!

Usually in such cases there's an emergency stop-gap measure that funds critical services such as EMT/Police/Firefighters/ and law enforcement personell. Most likely they will be out and doing their job. Even if no funding is approved they are salaried employees and can be paid retroactively. I doubt it will bea free-for-all. Just don't try to register your car or something during that time. Have fun. Oh BTW,State Troopers canenforce game laws as well.

My buddy is a CO, he will be laid off come Monday if the bill does not pass.
