Default RE: Where would you hunt?

Hard for me to see anything. One thing I do that helps is use oneof the new Hybrid maps, ariel with a topo over lay. Knowing what I do know about deer activity and topo features helps me determine a starting point. It also is an aid to figuring things out. Pick a feature and hunt it. If it's good, bingo. If not move on. Your a much better hunter in the long run. If you know this great. There are others here who the info could help.

One piece of property I've hunted has a place on the other side of a clearing that was off limits to hunting. That info has proved very valuable. Stuff like that is what I try and find out.

Have you looked into lodging? Doesn't often come up. Be nice to get a place with laundry facilities.
