a similer thing happen to me a few years ago i was with natinal city bank and was hiting the atm to checkmy balance to check to see if my money was there yet well about three days of checkingabout 15 times they hit me 25 dollars each for a balance check and i was in the hole 500 dollars and they told me to pay it or else so i say sue me they never did i have been told that you can not sue for late fees and those bank fee unsure if that is true
i tryed the prepaid cards they work ok for a debit card but i was lucking the bank i dealwith now let me open a checking account since i had a savings with them for a year
try bank of america but do it quick because when you bounce a checl the bank might tag you on check systems and youw ont get a checking account i have been there before
