I believe that is ginseng. It usually has little red berries that are on a stem out of the middle of where the leaves flower.

quik...is it possible to find JUST the berries this time of year?? i found some 2 days ago scouting...really looked like ginseng berries(from what ive seen online) but that was all that was left...stem was browning out...i still never got around to looking for the stuff since the last time we talked about it...not sure id wanna get into the whole ginseng thing..but like to ID stuff in the woods...
