Default Lawsuit filed in Federal District Court V.ALS

Seems that Thur.the 13th was not a good day for manufactuers of carbon clothing. First the USPTO mailed a letter of final rejection to Scentlok concerning their patent. Then "justia.com" posted today that a class action lawsuit has been filed in Federal District court against Scentlok,Cabelas,Gander Mountain etc. More information will be available.

Please don't hammer me like some did when I posted the patent information.
Finally we can find out the real truth about carbon in the court.

This isn't a game anymore. Why don't you at least admit that you really don't care about the truth and if those hunters who filed the lawsuit feel they have had fraud committed against them you would support them unless you work or have an interest in a carbon clothing company

Right now today

We have soldiers being killed in Iraq and Afgan.

We have a group of extreme people who want to kill us.

We have AR breathing down are necks to destroy hunting.

Sorry Mr. TRMicheals if trying to put a MI company out of buisness is not on my top 10 list.

Why don't you MR TR Micheals stop hiding behind this user name and admit who you are. We all know you were wrong by them, I don't care.

It's getting old, brono... Besides:

"However, posts that are directly bashing a product or manufacturer are not allowed on HuntingNet.com. These forums and chat room are designed as a place for hunters to gather to exchange stories, advice, and meet other hunters from around the world - not to argue amongst ourselves or to talk down about any individual business or product."
