Hi,I posted this on the deer management forum too, but thought ya'll might be able to help. I am doing a research paper on how science and technology have helped to manage deer populations. I have checked out the QDMA site, but I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Do you mean science and technology in regards to hunting, such as equipment? Or just sci and tech in general?

Try your states conservation website or maybe the National Fish and Wildlife webpage.

Some ideas are radio collars, night vision, cameras, DNA testing, and check stations monitoring for CWD, blue tongue and other diseases.

Looking more at how science and technology has helped to manage a healthy deer heard. Yes the increase in hunting technology is an aspect but I am looking more at the bigger picture.

Thanks. I just started taking this science and technology class and saw we have to do a paper to show how science and technology has effected something and the idea jumped in my head....now i'm on the Internet finding all kinds of things!
