What kind of release are you using. And what brand? Im thinking on switching my TRU Ball wrist release for a few reasons. The velcro strap is very noisy, its 3 years old and starting to get worn out, the materail covering the part where my palm lays over is completely worn out, its down to the threads. Its worked well for me over the years but I want to see what else you guys are shooting or for any pros or cons.

Like you the Tru Ball with wrist strap. Only main release I've ever owned.

Even after it wore out (?) sent it back for free rebuild.

Velcro is nosy but It never bothers me. I put it on at the truck and take it off at the truck so..no noise in the field.

I believe mine is the the same as the currentTornado..but I don't think they were called that when I got mine.

I voted hand-palm because I switched to a Carter Chocolate Addiction this spring and I love it. I feel that this release has definitely improved my shooting by making me more consistant. It has an incredibly crisp trigger and it feels great in my hand. It will be heading to the woods with me this season.

Used a Scott sabertooth last year and loved it. This yearI switched to a Scott silverhorn and love it even more than the sabertooth. The silverhorn is the perfect wrist style release for a person shooting a loop but for what ever reason people just don't seem to trust that little hook.
