Default 2006 Roosevelt Bull Mount

I am having serious trouble getting a picture on the post, so here is a link for all to see. Shot this bull on 9/11 last year. In Washington State. There are also pics of my bear rug taken in Washington as well. Shot him with my 6mm Remington. Squared 6'. thanks.

Nice Roosevelt! Their Antlers are rarely as impressive as a Rocky Mountain elk but their body size more than makes up for it. Have any idea what it dressed out at? I'll take a guess and say 500lbs? What part of WA did you get him?

I've not hunted Roosy's yet, we primarily hunt rockies in the Yakima herd.. except this year when we'll be in Montana.. can't wait!!!

How much wall space does one of these mounts take?

Heading to ID in 1+ weeks with my wife and if she gets one we are going to get it mounted, not sure if it'll be a pedastal or a wall mount.

Hey thanks guys. I am guessing it dressed out at somewhere between 650-800lbs.All I know is that I have killed 5 Rocky mountain elk back in Idaho, And this Roosevelt bull was WAY larger than any of the elk I harvested back in Idaho. My pack with the head&horns, and hide was roughly 150lbs. It was heavy... And I hade four other buddies with packboards help me get him out. I shot the bull in the Hoh River drainage on the olympic penninsula. Man he was so fired up. Bugling like crazy. After the shot, I got lost in 4-6 year old reprod for two hours. I am now a proud owner of a GPS!
