Default safty harness

I use the seat o pants safty harness, I have trouble shooting to the opposite side or Behind me, due to the Harness getting in the way of my draw arm. Is there any good tips that will allow me to shoot in all directions. Or is there a better safty belt out there. Thanks

I have same problem shooting to my right with my ameristep full body harness. All I need is an extra foot of length. I have been looking for an exstension piece that could be added. Only thing I have found is the retractable strap for the hunter safety system. I think that is what I am going to use.
