Default Muzzy MX-4 or MX-4?? Which to get??

I plan on going to Gander Mountain tomorrow to try one of these broadheads but dont know which to choose, the MX-3's or MX-4's. Which would you choose and why?? And are the blades really sharp? Cuz ive had broadheads that the blades feel like butter knives (Sonic). Thanks for any help you have regarding these heads.

your sig says, "Slick Tricks this year"
did you change your mind?

I've used 3 Blade 100 grain Muzzy's for many years with tremendous success both in deer harvest/holes and flight from my bow...I'm sure I'd be fine as well with 4 blade but I am a fan of the 3 blade.

I used to use a four bladed muzzy killed a deer with it, ran bout 30 yards and plopped over, but now i use 3 blade....think about it, three vanes...three blades it just makes more sense to me.

Im goin to be using the mx-3 myself

I was told the Muzzy 4 blades fly better than the 3's but I use the 3's

If I were to use the MX series it would be the MX-3.

I went with the MX-4's last year and shot two deer with them. I read somewhere that the 4 blade cut is less suseptable to closing or plugging. I can attest that is correct! I was using the 3 blade prior to this and did have one plug. Made for a long night but we finally recovered the deer. The 4 blade cut virtually makes it impossible for the entire entry wound to close.

I have both the 3 blade and 4 blade versions. Personally I have no preference. I shoot both during practice and they group together with no problems.
