True or False. Heard this quote today on "Outfitters Almanac"
note: They were refering to elk, and hunting in Colorado.

i know the one ive heard deals with fish
makes sense though. even people are that way...look where most of us live...we all cram together in the cities and suburbs for the most part...just like animals, we want to be close to the resources, food, water, work etc.....
