Predator and 3-d ASAT too expensive? TRY THIS
Pants: $18 -army surplus
Shirt: $12 -army surplus
Cap: $5 -army surplus
Leaves: $4 -dollar store
Total:$39
...and you are invisible in the early season, at least imo anyway.
Last year I had on another home made late season suit and 2 out of 2 ocassions, the deer caught my movement and looked dead at me but did not move. They just stood there trying to figure me outthen when they couldn't, they just went back to foraging. Below is the result.

Boy,
The guys at the hunting camp would have a field day. [8D]

Tell me how clear you think we appear to deer in their dichromatic vision? Couple that with tree like features and it's why guyshave waved at deer with their 3-d suits and not be busted with the deer looking dead at them. Same basic simple principle applies as the suits shown above. Only, the ones above don't cost hundreds upon hundreds of dollars and have more life-like leaves.
I'm sure even the guy who thought up 3-d ASAT was laughed at at one time or another by someone.
Geeez I guess sometimes innovation is best kept secret.

Hoytail Hunter, I did something similar with some camo that had faded and used "Sneaky Leaf". I only used about half of what this link shows in thier pic's though:

You just have to be careful not to put any on the inside of your bow arm to cut down on any interference or noiseor along side your facemask so it does not mess up your anchor point.

It obviously works and there is no reason why it shouldn't.Breaks up your outline. There is absolutely no reason it shouldn't be effective and you are saving a pile of money.
