Hunting in Suburbia at it's finest. Its lots of fun until you shoot one and it goes on someones lawn. Thats happened already.

Moho:

I'm trying an approach I read from Eberhardt. He said he has used this tactic to try and catch a buck still on his summer pattern.....before he goes in there and risks being scented or spotted. It's just a theory.

I'll pick a good rainy day a couple of weeks after the opener and set my 3 lock ons. I rarely hunt a lock on, anyway. I like the versatility of the climber to get exactly where I want......based on where I'm observing them as I'm hunting. Nothing exact....just a theory.

I don't really call that hunting, do you? That seems like killing to me...dunno. Guess I might be just jealous.

Rub it in guys, rub it in. I'm looking towards the end of Oct, sooner if the leg heels enough and I can sneak out without the wife giving me hell.
