For after the kill, Crown Royal, during the hunt is apple cider. My brother is a blackberry brandy guy.

Water is the only way to go. We might have less accidents and less accidental wanderings on to other people's property and less deer shot through the eye socket if more people would stick to the water. Just my two cents worth, but I wouldn't dare let anything dull the thrill of an awesome hunt.

Water, Propell or Ice Tea, no alcohol...negative scent control.

how big is your hip flask , mine holds a little more than a mouth full : hence i cannot over drink . its for after the shoot or hunt .

I don't drink while I'm out. Back at camp, that's a different story. So, I don't need a hip flask. I'm kinda partial to having a jug of sangria handy in camp. Goes real nice with a sizzling plate of backstraps. Or roasted rabbit in case I didn't get a deer.

After dinner, maybe a drop or two of Chivas Regal.
