Where are you going in Montrose? I recommend the Red Barn if you are in the mood for a bit of the local atmosphere. There is also a Silver Jacks' (I am pretty sure that is the name anyway) that has really good food as well. I also believe the name of the store we always get our licenses is Gene's Western Store and they have a machine you can print out good detail topo maps of any area (for a fee of course), but nonetheless it is a good resource if you do not already have one. Best of luck! Bring home some tasty elk meat.

My wife picked up a big pack of extra AA batteries this afternoon for the camera; I think my SD card will hold over 100 pics, and I'm gonna fill it up. I might even see if my buddy will let me borrow his for a couple weeks (we've got the same camera).
And just so you're not worrying about me, Jason... I did go on my run just a little bit ago after I finished lifting (something I would have never done in the old day when I was just out to add mass, but this is a different ballgame). Next week I'll have my bow laying on the ground with an arrow beside it in my back yard so that I can finish my run, pick up the bow, nock and arrow and shoot an arrow at 40 or 50 yards while my chest is still heaving.
Appreciate the kind words, guys; I'll share lots of photos when I get back --that's for sure.
