Great idea. Do they open better that way? I just read on 5-shot's site that the Rage has some durabilty issues as well. And just to feed my ego; the Snyper did very well in it's tests.

They open the same, they just won't open in your quiver or when you accidentaly bang them on something. All the benefits of the Snyper with the better cutting diameter of the Rage.
Honestly I shot 3 deer last year with Rage 2x blades and 2x of them took out multiple ribs and the thin part of the shoulder blade on hard quartering away shots. They seemed plenty durable for me.........
