I'd have to vote for the Martin Bengal or the Bear Instinct for low cost bows with great performance.

Bear Instinct - $399

extreme rt-900 sight - 79.99

NAP 5" black jack stabilizer - $29.99

Trophy ridge drop zone hunter - $79.99

Total cost - $589.96

Excellent bow, but why buy a used Trykon when for just a little more money you can buy a brand new Vectrix. The Vectrix is the better bow of the 2 anyway.

I shot a Diamond Triumph that was a very hard bow not to purchase. I ended up going with the Black Ice, but this was a very smooth draw and excellent shooting bow for the price. They go for about $599 so you could definetly fully equip one for under $800.

I have aroundthat muchwrapped up in this beast.

I guarantee you can get in a brand new Iron Mace, fully set up - for at or under $800.

If you like the Allegiance, but it's out of your price range - this bow is essentially the same thing.
