Staggered Fletching

Staggered Fletching
Saw this on a Bowtech sponsored show last night on MOR. Host said he staggers the fletching on his arrows - meaning all of the vanes are at slightly different lengths away from the end of the arrow - in order to better balance broadheads in flight and to help arrows fly more truely in western crosswinds during long range shots. Anyone do this? Interesting. Had never seen it before.

RE: Staggered Fletching
AR 34. Was the first time I saw the Bowtech show. I've started taping all the deer and bow-related shows on the DVR now that hunting season is approaching. I can get through half a dozen of them in 15-30 minutes. Sponsors, cover your ears. I do so by fast forwarding through everything but the hunt scenes and even then, I usually zoom through much of those until it looks like there's some action.
