If you are using a bow with a decent letoff percent then even a 70lb bow can be held back for a long time. I believe it is the weight of the bow that causes us to get more wobbily as we practice (though yes the actual drawing back helps too)

You dont have to hold the pin rock solid on the target. It can float a little. I also try to wait a minute or so between shots. I used to shoot fast and you dont have as much concentration

Here are some things that help me....a good breathing pattern, focus at the target not the sights, the correct draw weight, makesure thatyou are not torqing the bow (makesure that your life, line in you palm, is always on the side of the grip and not behind it)and nothing can take the place of practice which allows you to condition your muscles.
