dr....I'm not complaining. I live in NC. The cahnces of me shooting the biggest buck are less than those of me getting t-boned on the way home by a submarine.

If I'm gonna donate money....I'll donate it to a cause. either way though...I'll hunt the same way, this year.

I've already talked to Justin about doing something for a charity when the teams are assigned for the contest. I just choose to go that route.

Ya'll have fun. Sounds like a great time. I'll throw some real money at the charity thing......and pony up to some REAL expectations.
GMMAT, my chances arent very good either, but its all in good fun, and its only $5. Glad to see you changed your mine

I'll shoot a doe or a buck...as long as it's legal (3 or more points on one side) and not a yearling or a button. I ain't picky, and I ain't a big shot either.

It all makes a hamburger...or a venison burger...

I'll indulge a little of my mind here..

2.5 yr. old or better in Wisconsin on public ground.
2 mature bucks (3.5 or better usually over 125") in Illinois.
Get my buddy (2nd yr. bowhunter) first deer kill ever.

My odds are probably not so good...[&:]

My personalgoal this fall is to hold out for a mature buck exceeding the 120" mark. If towards the end of the season I have yet to meet this goal, I will kill a doe to fill the freezer.

My second goal is to get my good friend his first archery kill. He is currently using my old Martin, but I'm purchasing a bow for his birthday late next month.
