RE: Who uses/used Magnus broadheads?
I emailed Magnus this morning and before noon I had heard back from the CEO and a tech specialist. The CEO requested the heads be shipped to him directly using Magnus's account number. Very impressed indeed.
The tech said that the rattle is do to an improper fit of the bleeder blade block which was outsourced to a different vendor, since the issue came about, they now machine them inhouse.
I'll send the heads back to them as they have requested. Although the heads are sharp, I'm used to opening my thunderheads and shaving the hair off my arms just to marvel at the sharpness. The stingers are not sharp enough to do that with.

they must just not like me[&:]
Maybe their CS has improved in the last year?
Good news they are taking care of it for you.
I have used Magnus heads for several years and like them.
For the G5 problem, if you'd like me to, I can ask them what they would like to do.
I call them with orders pretty often.
Last year I was not in the archery business when I tried contacting Magnus but it did affect my choice in which broadheads companies to deal with in my new business.

I had the same issue with my stingers last year, it was the bleeder blades - I solved it quickly because I normally use a broadhead once, a drop of superglue where the bleeder blade meet the mainblade solved the issue - took several deer and will be using them again this year
