Same here Greg .... had a bad year as far as taking deer last year, so I am long out

Is that why you won't share your jerky recipe?
I put three in the freezer last season, so I'm still eating good.

I have 2 left.... of 6. I've been eatin good. So far I've made 4 batches of jerky w/more to come. My backstrap supply is almost bust..... I think I have 2 sections left. The longest I've had it in the freezer was 3yrs, I guess it hit the bottom of the freezer and I didn't see it. Double wrapped in plastic wrap and then in brown butcher paper. After 3yrs there was no freezer burn
